Damaged Arch	February 2008 2007 in Review - leasing of School of Artillery site buildings - opening of Visitor Centre in the Gatehouse. Truck damages the Arch leading to North Head.
Arch reconstruction	April 2008 Work has begun on the damaged Arch. Flora and Fauna talk by Nick Skelton. New Secretary - Kathy Ridge Database of plants begun.

Proposed Nursery area	June 2008 The shed and the concrete washdown bays will house the Education Room and Nursery. Business Plan for Nursery Operation
Arch finished	July 2008 Mike Baird attended a protest meeting entitled Penguins not Police. Bushcare Training Course; Walking Coastal Sydney inaugural walk - North Head section.

Eastern Suburbs Banksia Scrub	October 2008 Community Partnership Agreement signed between Sydney Harbour Federation Trust and North Head Sanctuary Foundation. Wild about Manly competition. Threatened Species Network Grant awarded to the Foundation.
ESBS	November-December 2008 Thanks to Sydney Harbour Federation Trust for donating furniture; Ocean Care Day; Seed collection has begun for the Nursery operation.
