General Meeting June 17 at 2pm in Building 20 - Speaker: Wendy Grimm BSc, MPhil from Australian Plants Society with the topic being Orchids; Spiders often seen on North Head; Nursery Group volunteers; Remembering Rory Linsky who volunteered with our organisation; Third Cemetery - plague victims who died in Quarantine in 1900AD.

Education Room and Nursery - volunteers invited to help on either of these activities; Back in time - 1900 when there was the plague in Sydney; New Lookouts at North Head together with revegetated surrounds; The demise of the Christmas Beetles; Third Cemetery - William Brown died from the Plague; Northern Beaches Council ‘Caring for our Bushland’ 2023 EcoAward winner - Jenny Wilson.

Annual General Meeting - September 16, 2023 - at 2pm in Bandicoot Heaven; The speaker will be Dr Helen Smith, Technical Officer in the Arachnology section of the Australian Museum and her topic will be Spiders and their Silky Secrets; Volunteers plant specimens from our Nursery at North Head and pull out weeds; Spring Wildflower Walks; Open Day at the Quarantine Station - Sunday September 10, 2023; Pterostylis concinna; Whisky Grass - a weed; The Plague cases at Quarantine Station in 1900.
